Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges and Returns allowed only at the discretion of MyJunkyard.Com, Inc.
Return Policy
Provided the merchandise is unused and unopened, you may request to return most items within 30 calendar days after you receive the merchandise. Opened or Used products may not be authorized for exchange or return.
No returns will be accepted without our advance authorization. A Return Authorization Number, that we provide, must be written on the outside of each carton containing the product authorized, or the delivery will be refused.
Product must be returned in the original product packaging and packed in a separate shipping box or container.
Requests to exchange merchandise should be directed to our Customer Service department (customerservice@myjunkyard.com).
Returns and some exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Cancelling an Order
Should you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us via email BEFORE the order has been processed. Once your order has been processed it CANNOT be cancelled. If we do not receive and process the cancel notification before the order has been processed, we cannot cancel the order.

Shipping
We ship to the United States only.
All published shipping costs are for the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and The Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. For shipping to Canada and other international locations, please contact our Customer Service department (customerservice@myjunkyard.com).
Orders are shipped in 1 to 7 business days after the date of your order, and express shipping is available for most items (options are shown at check-out). The timing of all shipments is subject to inventory availability.
In the event any item you order is "temporarily out of stock" or no longer available, you will be notified within 48 business hours of an approximate ship date if the item will later be available.
All shipments are additionally subject to the policies, terms and conditions of the third-party carrier.
Packages will be shipped only to the address you specify in your order and cannot be forwarded. If, as a result of any inaccurate information you provide in your order, any package(s) shipped to you are returned to us, you are liable for any additional shipping and handling charges we incur to receive and re-ship the package(s). If a different shipping destination becomes necessary after you have submitted your order, or if you require other shipping accommodations, you must contact our Customer Service department (customerservice@myjunkyard.com) immediately. Although we will make every reasonable attempt to meet your needs, we cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated after submission of your order.
Upon submission of your order, you consent that the carrier may leave your package at your front door without obtaining a signature to accept delivery and that such delivery shall constitute fulfillment of our obligation to deliver. You may, however, include a comment in your order (a comment section is provided for you during our checkout process) requesting that a signature be obtained by the applicable carrier. If signature services are assessed a fee by the carrier, we reserve the right to add the fee to your order amount upon processing of your payment.
Refusing Order Delivery
All orders are shipped in good faith. Once your order has been processed it cannot be cancelled. Any refusal of a shipment made by you shall constitute intentional fraud. If acceptance of delivery is refused you will be charged a 50% restocking fee and you will be liable for shipping charges for the attempted delivery and the return delivery to us in addition to any other fees that may be charged by the carrier.
Customer Support
MyJunkyard.Com does not currently offer telephone support. All support is conducted via email and on our website. Messages should be sent to us via our Customer Service form accessible via the myjunkyard.com website, or emailed to customerservice@myjunkyard.com
Disputes
Any order that you place with MyJunkyard.Com constitutes your agreement and consent that any disputes of any nature whatsoever concerning your order shall be settled solely by and between you and MyJunkyard.Com, Inc.
